Simon Carter

Director

Simon has over 20 years experience working as a senior underwriter, operations director, sales director and commercial director for one of the UK's best-known independent Invoice Finance providers. He has been a consistent high achiever for new business conversions, while maintaining both operational and directorial responsibilities.

Prior to joining Touch Financial, Simon launched a flagship operations centre for a high-profile Invoice Finance practitioner. His expertise reinforce Touch Financial's position as the largest volume introducer of new business referrals to the UK market, while ensuring the best possible turnaround time for both client and lender.
Mark Jefferson

Director

Mark started his 25-year (plus) career in financial services as a business development manager servicing the SME market. He has since worked with clearing bank finance house subsidiaries and City-based independent brokers.

Gaining an expertise in marketing, operations and the underwriting teams within each of these leading financial institutions, it provides him with a diverse skill set within the Invoice Finance world. With experience in both the Australasian and UK markets, Mark has been instrumental in developing Touch Financial's long-term relationships with its strategic partners, including: High Street banks, finance houses, Invoice Finance companies, and boutique funding specialists.
Alex Kyriacou

Brokerage Manager

Alex started his career working as part of the Lloyds TSB Asset Finance Division. After gaining a solid understanding of the Asset Finance marketplace he moved on to one of the UK's most reputable mortgage lenders. Alex spent 4 years as an underwriter and progressed his way to business development, where he created and maintained relationship with the UK's leading IFAs.

His expertise in these sectors moved him into the Invoice Finance market, initially handling 400 clients as a Senior Account Manager at Touch Financial. He now acts as a brokerage manager, where he holds key relationships with the panel of lenders, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with professionally.
Norman Ramsay

Head of External Sales

Overseeing the Brokers External Sales team, Norman is responsible for ensuring that all clients receive the full benefits of the services Touch Financial offers. With five years experience within the commercial finance sector, Norman is a key relationship holder with many of the lenders that Touch Financial works with.
