Aldermore takes pride in giving a strong regional focus to its commercial finance business. Each centre has a high degree of autonomy and only the largest funding decisions are referred to Head Office. They maintain a low ratio of clients to account managers because they know it’s important for their customers to engage with real people.
This commitment to service has won Aldermore the Credit Today awards for ‘Factor & Discounter of the Year’ in 2007 and 2008, and they were shortlisted in 2009.
