Industry newcomer Touch Financial has been named Asset Based Finance Broker of the Year at the Business Moneyfacts awards 2011.

In front of over 400 industry professionals from leading financial organisations, Touch Financial achieved recognition as a leader in their field. They emerged victorious from a stern contest with other industry competitors, including the firm which has won for the previous two years in succession.

The award winners are chosen through a demanding process including thorough reviews by industry specialists and feedback from customers. The judges insist on firm evidence of product knowledge, quality of service, and innovation as they whittle down the shortlist of six to find the individual winner for each award.

“The tenth annual Business Moneyfacts Awards ceremony has recognised those providers, brokers and trade bodies that helped to make 2010 a more positive year for businesses,” said Lee Tillcock, editor of Business Moneyfacts.

Simon Carter of Touch Financial said of the award: “Our entire team are proud that their commitment and hard work has been acknowledged in this way. It also demonstrates that our unique approach, which gives customers greater control over the refinancing process, is achieving results.”

Touch Financial was established in 2008. Part of the SFP Group, it’s now the largest independent invoice finance broker in the UK, raising around £3.5 million every month to help fund businesses.
