Michael joined Touch at the end of 2019 with a background in fintech, and Business Administration which he studied at the University of Kent. He is the mastermind behind our email journeys and has streamlined internal customer journeys.
Aside from knowing the ins and outs of our campaigns, Michael is a very keen traveller; he climbed Mount Fuji solo and has been to all but two continents – South America is his next stop. Well, that or South Pacific island hopping. He’s also a bit of a foodie and loves to cook, taking inspiration from his travels and family in Japan. If you ever need a homemade katsudon then Michael’s got you covered.
